Cross-Domain Solution Specialist, Senior

Develops, designs, refines, implements, standardizes, deploys, maintains, and evaluates cross-domain solutions.? Performs security planning,? assessment,? risk analysis and risk management.? Supports engineering teams.? Provides recommendations for corporate solutions to resolve security requirements.? MDR-2 Test and Evaluation (T&E) Team Engineer

Job Description:

This position is the Mission Data Repositories Increment 2 (MDR 2) Test and Evaluation (T&E) team and requires extensive hands-on systems engineering, integration and test experience related to DOD and ACAT programs.? Individuals will plan, structure and orchestrate the Integration and Test activities and schedule for a major high-visibility acquisition effort which included the coordination and integration of multiple components from disparate development efforts to deliver an integrated set of end-to-end capabilities.? Position requires strong SIGINT collection systems knowledge as well as complete understanding of the goals of DT&E testing, the customer organization, the test environment, and the systems to be integrated.? Individuals must possess flexibility and personality skills to work within a high-profile, high-pressure, multi-contractor environment where that formal procedures will be tailored to meet mission goals.? Duties include:

? Assisting the MDR2 T&E Lead in organizing and coordinating with T&E stakeholders (PM, developers, SWIT, development and operational testers, etc.) to plan, implement, and execute test strategies.

? Formulating and writing test plans and test cases from requirements documentation to support the execution of test strategies.

? Providing system testing expertise to include TEMPS and other test documentation, test plans, test methodologies, subsystem interface testing and software module testing.

? Assisting with identifying, designing, and implementing appropriate test environments for executing test strategy and plans.

NTOC Systems Engineer (Usability/HMI)

Work Location:? Laurel, MD

Job Description:

This position is for a Systems Engineer to provide direct, full spectrum engineering and integration support to the NTOC Operations Solutions and Integration Division for existing and emerging projects and mission activities with an emphasis on usability engineering and HMI requirements development.? The position requires extensive hands-on systems engineering experience in usability engineering with a strong systems engineering background to include specifying usability requirements, HMI specifications and mockups, concept of operations development, dependency identification and interface development, etc.? This position requires strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate with NTOC operations personnel to ensure all system and project requirements necessary to support prototype development and transition to operations are captured and traced appropriately.

Individual Capabilities Required:

? Minimum fifteen years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, interface development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation with an emphasis on usability engineering.

? Demonstrated system engineering expertise in all aspects of the systems engineering lifecycle to include architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, testing, and agile development processes.

? Ability to analyze user requirements and develop engineering artifacts to support Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC), prototype development and transition to operations of applications, systems and tools in support of NTOC mission needs.

? Demonstrated teamwork & flexibility in developing realistic, achievable solutions for a variety of systems engineering needs using agile techniques.
